A source in the Ministry of Energy was quoted by Sputnik Uzbekistan’s reporter that the two biggest cement plants of Uzbekistan, "Bekabadcement" and "Kyzylkumcement" intend to implement programs on cardinal reduction of consumption of electric energy and natural gas.
