Joint Stock Company "Bekabadcement" invites
to participate in the competition for the selection of candidates
as Director of Security and General Affairs

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Joint-Stock Companies and the Protection of Shareholders' Rights”, Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 24, 2015 No. UP - 4720 “On Measures for the Implementation of Modern Corporate Governance Methods in Joint-Stock Companies”, the Rules of Organization and Competition for the Position Director of Security and General Affairs, announces a competitive selection for the position of Director of Security and General Affairs.
Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as citizens of foreign states who have expressed interest in participating in this competitive selection, are invited to participate in the competition.
Requirements for a candidate:
- the presence of higher education;
- at least 3 years of experience in leadership positions;
- knowledge in the field of security, progressive market forms of labor organization;
- the absence of any family ties with members of the Supervisory Board or the head of the Executive Body of the Company;
- the absence of an outstanding criminal record for crimes in the field of economics and / or management;
- a high level of communication culture, delicacy and discipline, exactingness, integrity and stress tolerance;
Knowledge of languages:
For residents: Uzbek - fluency, Russian - fluent is welcome,
English and / or German are welcome;
For non-residents: Russian - fluent, Uzbek, English and / or German - are welcome.
Computer knowledge:
MS Office is a confident user.
Job responsibilities:
Management of the supervised divisions of the Company, ensuring effective, sustainable, stable and profitable work;
Ensuring compliance with social guarantees and safe working conditions for workers;
Compliance with the requirements of current legislation, decrees and decrees of the government and internal regulatory documents of the Company.
Basic working conditions:
Opening hours: 5/2, from 8:00 to 17:00. The work is constant.
Registration according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Salary: according to the staffing table, taking into account payments (bonuses) according to the internal documents of the Company and market mechanisms.

Documents of candidates applying for a position (resume or reference certificate, copies of diplomas and certificates, letters of recommendation, a copy of the work book, certificate of absence of outstanding criminal record) are accepted in sealed envelopes at the address: Tashkent region, Bekabad, Istiklol St., building 20.
