1. Joint Stock Company Bekabadcement (Bekabad Cement JSC) received a loan from Hamkorbank in the framework of the project 
“Improving the Energy Efficiency of Industrial Enterprises” (UZEEF), which attracts a general development association, and we need 
to use the funds of this loan to pay for equipment purchase contracts "Modernization of the grinding department with the installation 
of a new cement mill, with a production capacity of 75-100 tons per hour."

2. Bekabadcement JSC invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit tender proposals in sealed envelopes for the purchase of 
equipment for the “Modernization of the grinding department with the installation of a new cement mill, with a capacity of  75-100 tons per hour”.

3.Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers  (January 2011) (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. INVITATION TO TENDER No. 02/14 ТВС OJSC “Bekabadcement” hereby announces to hold tender bids starting from August 06, 2014 for delivery of Laboratory Equipment.

Currency of payment: soum, the national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Legal entities which were registered in state organs at a location place and which have bank accounts may take participation in the tender.
To participate in the tender, the company must conform to the following minimal criteria:
•  the company must not be in reorganization, liquidation or bankruptcy (a reference letter from the tax inspection and the bank has to be submitted);
•  the company must not be in court or arbitration proceedings with the customer (a letter signed by the legal adviser of the company has to be submitted);
•  the company must be established no less than 6 months before announcement of the tender (copies of the constituent agreement of the enterprise and the charter of the enterprise have to be submitted);
•  existence of the guarantee of quality of the Goods in accordance with technical conditions and standards;
•  existence of the conformance certificate;
•  existence of tender documents in Uzbek or Russian languages.
Participation in the tender and submission of necessary documentation (participant’s instruction) are provided on the fee-paid basis in the amount of 200 $ USD. 
The amount must be transferred to the account of the working organ for implementation of the tender and shall be irrevocable. Payment shall be made in soums of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the payment day. Payment of a commission for the bank transfer shall be made at the expense of the company which expressed desire to participate in the aforesaid tender. We request that you, on the mandatory basis, specify bank details and full legal address when you submit a written notification expressing desire to take participation in the tender bids. 
The package with tender documents must be timely delivered by courier mail or in person in a sealed envelope with details of the sender, subject matter and number of the tender.
